Voor een gerenommeerde financiële instelling in Kapellen zoeken wij een Relatiebeheerder Business Banking. In deze rol sta je ondernemers en zelfstandigen bij met professioneel advies en op maat gemaakte oplossingen.

Als Relatiebeheerder Business Banking ben je het aanspreekpunt voor zakelijke klanten. Je bouwt duurzame relaties op en helpt ondernemers hun financiële doelstellingen te realiseren. Dankzij jouw expertise en persoonlijke aanpak zorg je voor een sterke vertrouwensband met je klanten.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Financieel advies op maat: Je analyseert de behoeften van ondernemers en stelt passende kredietoplossingen en financiële strategieën voor.
  • Beheer en uitbouw van een klantenportefeuille: Je onderhoudt bestaande relaties en breidt je netwerk proactief uit.
  • Samenwerking met interne specialisten: Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s om klanten een totaaloplossing te bieden.
  • Marktanalyse en proactief advies: Je volgt economische trends en sectorontwikkelingen op en speelt hierop in met strategisch advies.
  • Commerciële groei en netwerking: Je versterkt de lokale aanwezigheid van de organisatie door actieve prospectie en deelname aan netwerkevenementen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een economische, financiële of bedrijfskundige richting.
  • Je hebt ervaring in de financiële sector, bij voorkeur in zakelijke kredietverlening of ondernemersbegeleiding.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, klantgericht en hebt een commerciële mindset.
  • Je kan financiële cijfers analyseren en vertalen naar heldere en haalbare oplossingen voor ondernemers.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook uitstekend binnen een team.
  • Je bent proactief en gedreven om je klantenportefeuille verder uit te bouwen.
