Als junior relatiebeheerder ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van langlopende contracten rondom onderhoud, beheer en verduurzaming van daken. Ervaring is niet nodig: met de juiste motivatie, een hbo-denkniveau en een gestructureerde aanpak krijg jij binnen deze functie alle ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Als relatiebeheerder ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor jouw opdrachtgevers. Jij weet wat er speelt, houdt gemaakte afspraken scherp in de gaten en schakelt met verschillende collega's om alles goed te laten verlopen. Jouw werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend. Zo beantwoord jij vragen van klanten, bewaak jij KPI's en contractafspraken en denk jij mee over het onderhoud en de toekomst van het dakenbezit. Je analyseert gegevens, signaleert wat aandacht nodig heeft en onderneemt actie. Ook denk jij mee over jaarplannen, meerjarenonderhoud, projecten en verduurzaming. Daarnaast onderhoud jij bestaande klantrelaties en zie jij kansen om de samenwerking verder uit te bouwen. Je adviseert opdrachtgevers op tactisch en strategisch niveau en zorgt ervoor dat opdrachten intern duidelijk en volledig worden opgepakt. Regelmatig bezoek jij klanten door heel Nederland en voer jij onder andere dakinspecties en nulmetingen uit. Ervaring in relatiebeheer, contractmanagement of de dakenbranche is niet nodig. Jij krijgt de tijd en begeleiding om het vak in de praktijk te leren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Zo groei jij stap voor stap uit tot een zelfstandig adviseur en sparringpartner voor jouw klanten. Wat zijn o.a. je werkzaamheden? - Contract/raamovereenkomsten beheer.
