Je onderhoudt klantrelaties, bewaakt gemaakte afspraken en zorgt dat commerciële en administratieve zaken goed worden afgehandeld. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren commerciële collega's en krijgt veel zelfstandigheid om zaken op te pakken en beslissingen te nemen. Zo zorg je dat klanten goed worden geholpen en het commerciële team zich kan richten op verdere groei. Wat ga je doen? Binnen de cruiseafdeling ondersteun je het commerciële team bij het beheren van bestaande klantrelaties en het coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Je houdt overzicht, signaleert knelpunten en zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Daarbij ligt de focus vooral op AGF- en Groceryproducten. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Onderhouden van contact met internationale cruise-klanten en bewaken van gemaakte afspraken - Coördineren en bewaken van lopende orders, deadlines en bijzonderheden tijdens het cruisesei...
