Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Over Supportpunt Supportpunt zet zich in voor stichtingen en verenigingen in Eindhoven. Onze afdeling Financiële Administratie bestaat uit 10 medewerkers en biedt administratieve ondersteuning, stelt rapportages op en adviseert klanten bij boekhoudkundige vraagstukken. Onze klanten zijn actief in het sociaal domein, sport, kunst en cultuur. Kortom: alles wat Eindhoven bijzonder maakt. Jouw functie Als Relatiebeheerder Finance ben je verantwoordelijk voor je eigen klantenportefeuille, bestaande uit een diverse mix van stichtingen en verenigingen in Eindhoven. Je werkzaamheden omvatten onder andere: - Controleren van de ingevoerde administratie - Opstellen van financiële rapportages (bijvoorbeeld tussentijdse cijfers) - Opstellen van enkelvoudige jaarrekeningen - Begeleiden van subsidieverantwoordingen en begrotingen - Controleren van btw-aangiften - Adviseren en ondersteunen van besturen van stichtingen en verenigingenIncidenteel meehelpen met het verwerken van administraties wanneer nodig - Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's en maakt gebruik van onder andere AFAS, MS Office, Speedbooks en TriFact365 Jouw profiel Wij zoeken een collega die: - Klantgericht, resultaat gedreven en communicatief vaardig is - Beschikt over actuele financiële kennis en zelfstandig een enkelvoudige jaarrekening kan op...
