Ervaring of een sterke basis in de financiële wereld en klaar om meer verantwoordelijkheid te nemen? Als Relatiebeheerder begeleid je klanten rond verzekeringen, pensioenopbouw, beleggingen en successie. Je start met ondersteuning van ervaren collega's en groeit daarna door naar meer autonomie en een eigen klantenportefeuille.

Wat ga je doen?

In het begin loop je mee met ervaren collega's. Zo leer je de klanten, dossiers en manier van werken goed kennen. Zodra je voldoende ingewerkt bent, krijg je steeds meer vrijheid om klanten zelfstandig te begeleiden.

• Je brengt de financiële situatie van nieuwe en bestaande klanten in kaart

• Je analyseert waar risico's, tekorten of opportuniteiten zitten

• Je werkt een financieel plan uit en legt dit helder uit aan de klant

• Je begeleidt klanten van analyse tot concrete uitvoering

• Je adviseert over verschillende financiële domeinen zoals BOAR verzekeringen, pensioenopbouw, beleggen en successie

• Je vergelijkt oplossingen en maatschappijen om een passend voorstel uit te werken

• Je bouwt duurzame relaties op en volgt klanten verder op

• Je plant je afspraken grotendeels volgens je eigen manier van werken

• Je kiest hoe je je administratie organiseert, verspreid over de week of op een vast moment

• Je kunt afhankelijk van je agenda thuis, op kantoor en bij klanten werken

Je krijgt dus behoorlijk wat vrijheid, maar niet zonder ondersteuning. Zeker tijdens je inwerkperiode kun je terugvallen op ervaren collega's en een backoffice die een deel van de administratieve opvolging ondersteunt.

• Je hebt interesse in brede financiële dienstverlening en wilt je kennis verder uitbouwen

• Je kunt financiële situaties analyseren en vertalen naar begrijpelijk advies

• Je werkt graag rechtstreeks met klanten en bouwt relaties op langere termijn uit

• Je kunt zelfstandig werken en je eigen agenda organiseren

• Je wilt blijven bijleren over verzekeringen, pensioen, beleggingen en successie

• Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid over een dossier van analyse tot opvolging

• Je hebt de ambitie om op termijn meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen
