Als relatiebeheerder kredieten krijg je heel wat verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Als commerciële relatie beheerder 'Business' ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verlenen van kredieten en het voorzien in de bancaire equipering van zelfstandigen, KMO's en vrije beroepers;
  • Als onze relatiebeheerder speel je een cruciale rol bij het uitbouwen van ons kantoor door actief op zoek te gaan naar niche-klanten en diepgaande relaties op te bouwen.
  • Je start met onze bestaande portefeuille en implementeert prospectie-acties, neemt deel aan netwerkevenementen en businessclub activiteiten om nieuwe klanten aan te trekken en zo de groei van ons kantoor te bevorderen;
  • Als commerciële relatie beheerder 'Business' ben je het gezicht van ons kantoor naar de klanten toe. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van een portefeuille van zelfstandigen, KMO's en vrije beroepers. Je analyseert de behoeften van de klanten en stelt gepaste kredietoplossingen voor. Je bouwt duurzame relaties op en onderhoudt contacten met klanten om hun tevredenheid te verzekeren;
  • Je prospecteert actief om nieuwe klanten aan te trekken en marktkansen te identificeren.
  • Deelnemen aan netwerkevenementen en businessclub activiteiten om je professioneel netwerk uit te breiden en nieuwe opportuniteiten te ontdekken, zit mee in je takenpakket.

Als relatiebeheerder kredieten kan je jezelf terugvinden in volgende competenties:

  • Een sterke opleiding in de vorm van een Bachelor of Master diploma binnen een financiële richting of je kan terugvallen op een relevante ervaring;
  • Ervaring in een commerciële functie binnen de banksector, bij voorkeur in relatiebeheer voor zelfstandigen, KMO's en vrije beroepers;
  • Bekendheid met kredietverlening en kennis van de bijbehorende bancaire equipering;
  • Uiteraard beschik je over sterke communicatie- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden;
  • Gedrevenheid, resultaatgerichtheid en een commerciële mindset is zeker en vast een must;
  • Proactieve en hands-on aanpak om nieuwe klanten te benaderen en relaties uit te bouwen;
  • Bereidheid om flexibele uren te werken indien nodig.
