Combineer jouw expertise in levensverzekeringen met advies, relatiebeheer en portefeuilleontwikkeling.

Voor een gespecialiseerd en onafhankelijk advieskantoor in de regio Kortrijk en Gent zoeken we een ervaren Relatiebeheerder Life. Je krijgt een bestaande klantenportefeuille toegewezen en bouwt met jouw klanten een duurzame adviesrelatie uit.

Hier draait commercieel succes niet om zoveel mogelijk koude prospectie. Je creëert groei door klanten goed te begrijpen, relevante behoeften te herkennen en hen op het juiste moment met passend advies verder te helpen.

Werklocatie

Kortrijk of Gent, gecombineerd met thuiswerk.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Je beheert en ontwikkelt een eigen portefeuille van particuliere en professionele klanten. Je bent voor hen een vertrouwenspersoon rond levensverzekeringen, financiële bescherming, pensioenopbouw en vermogensvorming.

Je:

  • voert zelfstandig adviesgesprekken met bestaande en nieuwe klanten;
  • analyseert hun financiële situatie, doelstellingen en risico's;
  • vertaalt die analyse naar duidelijke en onderbouwde voorstellen;
  • begeleidt klanten van advies tot concrete implementatie;
  • onderhoudt duurzame relaties en volgt klanten proactief op;
  • detecteert bijkomende adviesmogelijkheden binnen jouw portefeuille;
  • volgt kwalitatieve leads op die vanuit de organisatie worden aangereikt;
  • werkt samen met collega's en externe verzekeringspartners;
  • neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit én verdere ontwikkeling van jouw portefeuille.

Je krijgt dus een commerciële verantwoordelijkheid, maar vanuit advies en relatiebeheer. Een agressieve verkoopstijl past niet bij deze functie.

Veel van je klantencontact verloopt digitaal, via videocalls, telefoon en e-mail. Je combineert daardoor persoonlijk advies met een efficiënte manier van werken en hoeft niet voortdurend de baan op voor klantenbezoeken.

Je hebt meerdere jaren relevante ervaring binnen levensverzekeringen en voelt je comfortabel in een adviserende rol met rechtstreeks klantencontact.

Je combineert:

  • een stevige technische basis in levensverzekeringen;
  • commercieel inzicht;
  • sterke communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin;
  • een proactieve manier van klanten opvolgen;
  • het vermogen om vertrouwen op lange termijn op te bouwen.
  • Je hoeft niet elk gespecialiseerd product al te beheersen. Belangrijker is dat je een goede inhoudelijke basis hebt en voldoende nieuwsgierig bent om je verder te verdiepen.

Een bachelor of master in een financiële richting is een troef, maar aantoonbare ervaring kan even zwaar doorwegen.
