Relatiebeheerder Particuliere Verzekeringen | 24-40 uur | Lisse | €3.064 - €3.978 In het kort Voor Hoogkamer Assurantiën in Lisse zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Relatiebeheerder Particuliere Verzekeringen. In deze functie ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en adviseer je hen over passende verzekeringsoplossingen. Samen met je collega's beheer je de particuliere verzekeringsportefeuille en signaleer je commerciële kansen bij bestaande en nieuwe relaties. Werken bij Hoogkamer Assurantiën betekent werken binnen een betrokken team met korte lijnen, ruimte voor eigen initiatief en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Wat ga je doen? Als Relatiebeheerder Particuliere Verzekeringen heb je een brede functie waarin klantcontact, advies en commercie samenkomen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - samen met je collega's beheren van de particuliere verzekeringsportefeuille; - adviseren van relaties over risico's en passende verzekeringsoplossingen, telefonisch, per e-mail en op kantoor; - opstellen van offertes en controleren van polissen; - signaleren van commerciële kansen en proactief inspelen op de behoeften van relaties; - samenwerken met collega's van andere EVR-kantoren in de Bollenstreek; - onderhouden van contact met relaties en verzekeraars. Wie zoeken wij? Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk en vindt het leuk om relaties goed te adviseren. Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt initiatief en kunt zowel zelfstandig als binnen een team goed uit de voeten. Daarnaast: - beschik je over minimaal mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau; - heb je uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; - ben je klantgericht en proactief, met oog voor detail; - ben je minimaal 24 uur per week beschikbaar; - beschik je bij voorkeur over Wft Basis en Wft Schade Particulier, of ben je bereid deze diploma's te behalen; - heb je bij voorkeur relevante werkervaring binnen de verzekeringsbranche; - is ervaring met Faster For...
