Het is een fulltime functie waarin relatiebeheer en recruitment samenkomen. Wat ga je doen? - Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor kandidaten die via ons aan het werk zijn. - Je houdt structureel contact en bouwt een vertrouwensband op, ook nadat iemand geplaatst is. - Je merkt op tijd waar iemand tegenaan loopt en voorkomt zo onnodig verloop. - Je benadert proactief nieuwe kandidaten. - Je voert intakegesprekken met kandidaten. - Je helpt de accountmanagers om vacatures in te vullen. Wat bieden we jou? - Een salaris tussen € 3.000,00 en € 4.000,00 bruto per maand bij een fulltime dienstverband. - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar bij een fulltime dienstverband. - Een pensioenregeling. - Reiskostenvergoeding. - Een teambonus. - Een afwisselende functie in een betrokken team.
