Jobomschrijving

  • Klanten kunnen bij jou terecht als eerste aanspreekpunt voor al hun vragen over verzekeringen;
  • Op basis van een grondige analyse van hun behoeften en situatie bied je advies op maat;
  • Samen met de klant zoek je naar passende verzekeringsoplossingen en zorg je voor een correcte opvolging;
  • Het onderhouden van bestaande klantenrelaties en het uitbouwen van nieuwe contacten behoren eveneens tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden;
  • Een nauwkeurige administratieve verwerking en opvolging van dossiers vormen een belangrijk onderdeel van de functie;
  • Ook verzekeringsdossiers en schadegevallen volg je van nabij op, waarbij een vlotte en klantgerichte aanpak centraal staat.
  • In nauwe samenwerking met collega's draag je bij aan een kwalitatieve en persoonlijke dienstverlening.
  • Met jouw commerciële ingesteldheid en betrokkenheid lever je bovendien een actieve bijdrage aan de verdere groei van het kantoor;

We zoeken iemand die klantgericht, betrouwbaar en communicatief sterk is.

Daarnaast:

  • Ervaring in verzekeringen, bank- of financiële dienstverlening is een must;
  • Werk je nauwkeurig en georganiseerd;
  • Kan je zelfstandig werken, maar functioneer je ook goed binnen een team;
  • Beschik je over commerciële feeling en durf je initiatief te nemen;
  • Vind je persoonlijk klantencontact belangrijk;
  • Ben je bereid om je kennis over verzekeringsproducten voortdurend verder uit te bouwen;
