Jobomschrijving

Als Relatiebeheerder Verzekeringen ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je beheert een diverse portefeuille en biedt deskundig advies afgestemd op hun behoeften. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat polissen correct worden opgevolgd en bied je ondersteuning bij schadegevallen. Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams om een optimale dienstverlening te garanderen. Wat doe je concreet?

  • Ondersteuning bij schadeclaims: Je begeleidt klanten doorheen het schadeproces en biedt hen de nodige ondersteuning.
  • Klantrelaties beheren: Je bouwt en onderhoudt sterke relaties en fungeert als vertrouwde adviseur voor je klanten.
  • Commerciële kansen benutten: Je herkent mogelijkheden voor cross-selling en draagt bij aan de groei van de klantenportefeuille.
  • Administratieve opvolging: Je zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van alle klantgegevens en dossiers.
  • Advies op maat bieden: Je analyseert de behoeften van klanten en stelt passende verzekeringsoplossingen voor.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een eerste relevante werkervaring achter de rug en wil je nu verder verdiepen en doorgroeien binnen het vak.
  • Je bent proactief en georganiseerd: je werkt zelfstandig, behoudt overzicht en bent nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent een teamspeler en draagt bij aan een positieve werksfeer.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld: je ziet kansen en speelt hierop in met een klantgerichte aanpak.
  • Ervaring in de verzekeringssector is een plus, maar geen must.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in Verzekeringen, Rechten of een vergelijkbare richting.
