Als bankagent en onafhankelijk verzekeringsmakelaar heeft onze partner 2 kantoren gevestigd in Beselare en Geluwe. Bij hen staat menselijk contact zeer centraal en flexibiliteit dragen zij hoog in het vaandel. Je komt er terecht in een zeer loyaal team bestaande uit 10 enthousiaste medewerkers. Hun cliënteel bestaat uit zowel particuliere-als ondernemingsklanten. We gaan op zoek naar een Relatiebeheerder Verzekeringen om het team te vervolledigen.

Jouw functie als Relatiebeheerder Verzekeringen Als Relatiebeheerder Verzekeringen ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van polissen van A tot Z, zowel voor particuliere als professionele klanten. Je takenpakket bestaat onder meer uit het opmaken en versturen van polissen, het vergelijken van tarieven, gesprekken voeren met verschillende maatschappijen (zoals AG, Allianz, Baloise, Vivium, ...), het opvolgen van lopende dossiers en het correct verwerken van aanvragen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor jouw klantenportefeuille, luistert actief naar hun behoeften en biedt gepaste oplossingen aan. Tijdens portefeuillengesprekken weet jij bovendien opportuniteiten te detecteren. Daarnaast neem je ook een deel van het schadebeheer op, met de mogelijkheid om op termijn zelf expertises uit te voeren.

  • Je hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring op zak en bent in het bezit van de nodige PCP-attesten om aan de slag te gaan in de verzekeringssector. Starter? Waag ook zeker jouw kans!
  • Je staat op vlak van commercialiteit sterk in je schoenen en houdt ervan om een goede relatie op te bouwen met je klanten.
  • Proactief handelen en zelfstandig kunnen werken zijn grote troeven.
  • Jouw andere sterktes? Klantgericht, communicatief vaardig en administratief sterk.
