KNOW Relatiebeheerder Zakelijk Op locatie Sneek - Netherlands Octras Sneek, Nederland | 20-40 uur per week Heb jij ervaring binnen de verzekeringsbranche en krijg je energie van klantcontact, adviseren en het opbouwen van langdurige relaties? Bij Octras zoeken we een Relatiebeheerder die zakelijke klanten persoonlijk begeleidt, vooruitdenkt en zorgt dat hun verzekeringszaken goed geregeld zijn. In deze rol ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor zakelijke klanten. Je kent je relaties, weet wat er binnen hun onderneming speelt en vertaalt dit naar passende verzekeringsoplossingen. Je schakelt soepel met klanten, verzekeraars en collega's en zorgt dat afspraken zorgvuldig worden opgevolgd. Je kijkt verder dan de vraag van vandaag en signaleert actief waar kansen of risico's liggen. Wat je gaat doen - Beheren en verder uitbouwen van relaties met zakelijke klanten - Adviseren van klanten over passende verzekeringsoplossingen - Signaleren van commerciële kansen en veranderingen in de klantbehoefte - Begeleiden van aanvragen, mutaties en prolongaties - Onderhouden van contact met klanten, verzekeraars en andere betrokken partijen - Zorgen voor een correcte en actuele klant- en polisadministratie, onder andere in ANVA - Samenwerken met collega's om klanten zo goed mogelijk te ontzorgen Wie we zoeken Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor jouw relaties.
