Klant- en relatiecoördinator - 24 uur Ben jij iemand die makkelijk contact maakt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en graag bouwt aan langdurige klantrelaties? Het uitgeefhuis en Orangebook maken ieder jaar honderden jaarboeken, almanakken en jubileumboeken voor middelbare scholen, studentenverenigingen en andere organisaties. Achter ieder boek zit een klant met eigen wensen, afspraken en deadlines. Als Klant- en relatiecoördinator krijg je je eigen klantenportefeuille en ben je voor deze klanten het vaste aanspreekpunt. Je leert je klanten echt kennen, begeleidt hen gedurende het traject en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Tegelijk kijk je verder: je onderhoudt actief contact, volgt offertes op en zorgt ervoor dat tevreden klanten ook in een volgend jaar graag met ons samenwerken. We zoeken iemand die zelfstandig werkt, overzicht houdt en het leuk vindt om klantgericht werken te combineren met een commerciële blik. Wat ga je doen? - Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor je eigen klantenportefeuille. - Je onderhoudt actief contact met bestaande klanten en bouwt aan langdurige samenwerkingen. - Je benadert klanten voor een volgend school- of verenigingsjaar en bespreekt de mogelijkheden voor een nieuwe opdracht. - Je stelt offertes op, volgt deze actief op en bespreekt waar passend de mogelijkheden voor een meerjarige samenwerking. - Je signaleert commerciële kansen bij bestaande klanten en vertaalt deze naar concrete voorstellen. - Je plant redactievergaderingen en begeleidt deze op locatie of online. - Je bewaakt afspraken en deadlines en neemt op tijd contact op als er iets nodig is. - Je controleert opgeleverd werk voordat het naar de klant gaat. - Je zo...
