Bouw aan langdurige relaties én versnel de energietransitie

Ben jij een ervaren relatiemanager of accountmanager die energie krijgt van complexe stakeholdertrajecten, strategisch relatiebeheer én maatschappelijke impact? Begrijp jij hoe gemeenten werken en krijg je er energie van om samen met hen de energietransitie te versnellen? Dan is dit een functie waarin je écht het verschil kunt maken.

Voor een innovatieve en snelgroeiende organisatie zoeken wij een Relatiemanager Energietransitie. In deze rol ben jij hét commerciële gezicht richting gemeenten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opbouwen, onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van langdurige samenwerkingen en zorgt ervoor dat gemeenten optimaal gebruikmaken van de dienstverlening.

Je bent niet verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van projecten. Die ligt bij de projectmanagers. Jij beweegt je op strategisch niveau en bent gesprekspartner voor bestuurders, beleidsmakers, programmamanagers en inkopers. Je adviseert, verbindt en creëert nieuwe kansen, altijd met één gezamenlijk doel: zoveel mogelijk woningen verduurzamen en maatschappelijke impact realiseren.

Je maakt onderdeel uit van een multidisciplinair impactteam van ongeveer 30 tot 40 collega's waarin commercie, inhoudelijke expertise en projectmanagement nauw samenwerken. Wat ga je doen?

Als Relatiemanager Energietransitie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de groei én tevredenheid van jouw gemeentelijke opdrachtgevers. Je bouwt aan duurzame relaties en vertaalt commerciële kansen naar nieuwe opdrachten en langdurige samenwerkingen.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Beheren en verder ontwikkelen van een portefeuille van circa 50 gemeenten;

• Opbouwen van duurzame relaties met bestuurders, programmamanagers, beleidsmakers en inkopers;

• Adviseren van gemeenten over verduurzaming van de gebouwde omgeving en de energietransitie;

• Signaleren van commerciële kansen en uitbreiden van bestaande dienstverlening;
