Jouw bijdragen Als Relatiemanager Finance ben je de spil tussen onze opdrachtgever en hun klanten. Je stemt nauw af hoe administraties worden geboekt en communiceert helder over vraagposten. Ook houd je in de gaten of administraties tijdig zijn bijgewerkt. Daarnaast draag je bij aan de continue serviceverbetering van onze opdrachtgever en los je problemen op waar nodig. Je stelt duidelijke instructies op voor het boeken van specifieke klantadministraties en werkt ook nauw samen met het team in de Filipijnen. Samen met hen zorg jij voor tevreden klanten! Jouw profiel Voor deze functie zijn wij op zoek naar een kandidaat met het volgende profiel: - Je hebt kennis van administratieve processen en boekhoudkundige systemen en een hbo- of wo-denkniveau; - Je hebt ervaring in het verwerken van administraties; - Je kunt helder communiceren, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling; - Je bent proactief en resultaatgericht: je neemt initiatief, bent oplossingsgericht en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit; - Je bent betrouwbaar en nauwkeurig in jouw werk.
