Ben jij een (ervaren) fondsenwerver die in op creatieve wijze succesvol de fondsenwervende ambitie van Lawyers for Lawyers op de kaart gaat zetten? Lawyers for Lawyers zet zich in voor een vrije en onafhankelijke advocatuur. Waar dan ook ter wereld. Ze verbinden advocaten in Nederland met vakgenoten die bedreigd of vervolgd worden vanwege hun werk. Waar de rechten en vrijheid van advocaten onder druk staan, komen zij in actie. Onafhankelijk: door advocaten voor advocaten. Want iedere advocaat moet haar of zijn beroep vrij en onafhankelijk kunnen uitoefenen. Om mensen de juridische bijstand te geven waar ze recht op hebben. Om de rechtstaat te handhaven. En om mensenrechten te beschermen. Om dit te kunnen realiseren ligt er een stevig groeiplan op het gebied van fondsenwerving. Om dat groeiplan vorm te geven en waar te maken is Lawyers for Lawyers op zoek naar een RELATIEMANAGER / FONDSENWERVER (24 - 32 uur) een functie met vrijheid, veel eigen inbreng en ambitie Wat ga je doen? • Je wordt onderdeel van een klein en enthousiast team van 4 betrokken en gedreven collega's. De sfeer is informeel, er is veel samenwerking en weinig hiërarchie. Er zit veel enthousiasme in het team, er wordt hard gewerkt en successen worden gevierd; • Samen met de directeur stel je een jaarplan fondsenwerving op met duidelijke en haalbare SMART doelen zodat jij en je collega's goed weten wat er van je verwacht wordt; • Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van dit jaarplan en communiceert helder over de voortgang; • Vanuit jouw rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle contacten in Nederland met fondsen, donateurs en partner-kantoren.
