En terecht: dankzij hun doorgedreven kennis van industriële smering, tribologie en conditiebewaking verhogen we de betrouwbaarheid en levensduur van kritieke assets in uiteenlopende sectoren. Heb jij een achtergrond in onderhoudstechniek, reliability engineering of heb je je gespecialiseerd in smeertechniek? Dan ben jij misschien de versterking die ons team zoekt.

Wat doet I-care? Wij helpen bedrijven om onverwachte stilstanden te vermijden en hun onderhoud te optimaliseren. In onze afdeling lubrication excellence combineren we praktijkervaring met geavanceerde technieken om installaties duurzaam en efficiënt te laten draaien. Ter uitbreiding van ons team zoeken we een ervaren lubrication engineer die mee wil bouwen aan performante en toekomstgerichte onderhoudsstrategieën in Vlaanderen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Analyseren, verbeteren en optimaliseren van het smeertechnisch onderhoud bij onze opdrachtgevers.
  • Uitwerken van verbeteringsvoorstellen, presenteren na overleg met de klant en zorgen voor de implementatie ervan.
  • Verheffen van het smeertechnisch onderhoud naar een hoger niveau met behulp van monitoringsoftware, training en on-site ondersteuning.
  • Ontwikkelen van logische en uitvoerbare smeerroutes.
  • Advies geven over smeermiddelenopslag en distributie.
  • Aanbevelingen doen voor het optimaliseren van de smering van kritische machines.
  • Aanbevelingen doen voor het optimaliseren van monstername volgens best practices.
  • Geven van on-the-job training.
  • Opstellen en optimaliseren van smeerplannen.

Jouw profiel:

  • Technische opleiding op bachelor niveau in elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring in een industriële omgeving.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken met aanzienlijke persoonlijke verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Flexibiliteit om te werken in een dynamisch team van technici.
  • Bezit van het Machinery Lubrication Technician Level 1 of 2 (MLT I of II) certificaat is een voordeel.
  • Goede kennis van Engels is noodzakelijk.
  • Bereidheid om te reizen wordt gewaardeerd.
  • Bereidheid om voortdurend bij te leren en kennis uit te breiden.
