Wil jij een directe impact hebben op de betrouwbaarheid en performantie van industriële installaties? Dan is deze functie als Reliability Engineer misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging!

Als Reliability Engineer speel je een sleutelrol in het slimmer, efficiënter en duurzamer maken van de installaties. Je combineert technische expertise met data-analyse en werkt nauw samen met verschillende teams om structurele verbeteringen te realiseren.

Jouw rol:

Jij kijkt verder dan het oplossen van storingen alleen. Je gaat op zoek naar de échte oorzaak en zorgt ervoor dat problemen zich niet opnieuw voordoen:

  • Van bij de start betrokken te zijn bij nieuwe investerings- en engineeringprojecten, met focus op standaardisatie, onderhoudbaarheid en lange termijn betrouwbaarheid.
  • Onderhoudsstrategieën uit te werken en te optimaliseren op basis van methodieken (RCM, RCA en FMEA).
  • Kritische spare parts te bepalen en strategie continu bij te sturen op basis van data en inzichten.
  • Proces- en onderhoudsdata te analyseren en zo de grootste efficiëntieverliezen te identificeren.
  • Verbetertrajecten te initiëren samen met multidisciplinaire teams (maintenance, engineering, production).
  • Structurele oplossingen te implementeren om terugkerende storingen te vermijden (‘first time right’).
  • Technische analyses uit te voeren bij storingen en incidenten en vertalen naar concrete verbeteracties.
  • Op te treden als technisch expert en collega’s te ondersteunen waar nodig.
  • Masterdiploma in industriële wetenschappen (bij voorkeur elektromechanica) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • 5 jaar rvaring in een industriële omgeving (voeding, chemie of gelijkaardig is een plus).
  • Vertrouwd met onderhouds- en analysetechnieken zoals RCM, RCA en FMEA.
  • Sterk in data-analyse en in staat om inzichten te vertalen in concrete verbeteracties.
  • Kennis van SAP en Lean (Green Belt) is een pluspunt.
  • Analytisch, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht.
  • Neemt ownership en stelt bestaande werkwijzen in vraag.
  • Communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met verschillende stakeholders.
