The posting

Onze klant is een grote speler bij het produceren van citroenzuur, gevestigd in Tienen.

In deze rol als Reliability Engineer werk je op het kruispunt van engineering, maintenance en operations. Je gebruikt technische expertise en data-analyse om structurele verbeteringen door te voeren en de prestaties van installaties naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Betrokken zijn bij nieuwe investerings- en engineeringprojecten.

Adviseren rond standaardisatie, onderhoudbaarheid en lange termijn betrouwbaarheid van installaties.

Uitwerken, implementeren en optimaliseren van onderhoudsstrategieën op basis van methodieken zoals:

  • RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance)
  • RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
  • FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)

Bepalen en beheren van kritische spare parts.

Continu verbeteren van onderhoudsstrategieën adhv data en operationele inzichten.

Analyseren van proces- en onderhoudsdata.

Opzetten en begeleiden van verbeterprojecten samen met maintenance, engineering en productie.

Implementeren van duurzame oplossingen voor terugkerende storingen volgens het "first time right"-principe.

Uitvoeren van technische analyses naar aanleiding van storingen en incidenten.

Vertalen van technische bevindingen naar concrete verbeteracties.

Fungeren als technische expert en ondersteuning bieden aan collega's en stakeholders.

Actief bijdragen aan initiatieven rond veiligheid, kwaliteit, milieu en duurzaamheid (SHE).

Jouw profiel:

  • Een masterdiploma in Industriële Wetenschappen, bij voorkeur Elektromechanica, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen een industriële omgeving.
  • Kennis van onderhouds- en betrouwbaarheidstechnieken zoals RCM, RCA en FMEA.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en affiniteit met data-analyse.
  • Het vermogen om complexe technische informatie om te zetten in concrete verbeteracties.
  • Een gestructureerde en resultaatgerichte werkstijl.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een vlotte samenwerking met diverse stakeholders.

  • Ervaring binnen de voedings-, chemische of procesindustrie.
  • Kennis van SAP.
  • Lean Green Belt-certificering of ervaring met Lean-methodieken.
  • Ervaring met reliability engineering of continuous improvement projecten.
