Het bedrijf produceert dagelijks miljoenen dranken en heeft een internationale personeelsbasis. Dit productiebedrijf heeft een sterke focus op duurzaamheid en logistieke efficiëntie en meldt praktijken zoals inzet van biobrandstof in het transport, gebruik van gerecyclede materialen en certificering van de fabriek als CO2-neutraal. De organisatie werkt op industrieel niveau en bedient een brede markt met diverse productlijnen binnen de drankenproductie. Op de productievloer werken zo'n 200 collega's in ploegendienst met ongeveer 26 collega's per ploeg en in totaal 11 productielijnen; 1 lijn is ongeveer anderhalf voetbalveld groot. De werkomgeving in Dongen kenmerkt zich door moderne productiemachines en investeringen in automatisatie en robotica en biedt medewerkers veel samenwerking en korte communicatielijnen met het management. De locatie richt zich op continue verbetering van veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid in de productie en zoekt specialisten die onderhoudsplannen kunnen vertalen naar de werkvloer en verbeteringen kunnen implementeren.
