Over DP World

DP World is een toonaangevende logistieke dienstverlener, met hoofdkantoor in Dubai. Ons wereldwijde netwerk omvat havens en terminals, logistieke parken en economische zones. In de Haven van Antwerpen baat DP World aan het Deurganckdok één van de grootste containerterminals uit. Hier worden gigantische containerschepen geladen en gelost, en is het een komen en gaan van vrachtwagens, treinen en binnenschepen die containers aan- en afvoeren van en naar het hinterland. Wij zetten een indrukwekkend machinepark van hoogtechnologische kranen, straddle carriers en ander rollend materieel in. Maar het zijn in de eerste plaats onze medewerkers die het verschil maken dankzij hun zorg voor veiligheid, efficiëntie en samenwerking.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je analyseert data van kritische assets uit onze onderhoudsapplicaties en vertaalt deze inzichten naar acties om repetitieve fouten te vermijden, met focus op reliability en availability
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de afdelingsmanagers van de technische dienst en adviseert hen bij het opmaken van budgetten voor vervangingsinvesteringen, grotere revisies en investeringen in predictief onderhoud
  • Je budgetteert reliability-projecten en staat in voor de kostenopvolging en bewaking
  • Je verzekert de kwaliteit van de PO-plannen van de kritische assets en integreert predictieve en condition-based monitoringtechnieken zoals thermografie, ultrasound en trillingsanalyse
  • Je brengt een continuous improvement-mindset mee: je stimuleert innovatie en implementeert procesverbeteringen ter ondersteuning van de technische dienst
  • Je begeleidt, coacht en stuurt het team van reliability-techniekers aan
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in een technische richting en hebt 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een onderhoudsafdeling
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van RCM-onderhoudsmethodologieën
  • Ervaring binnen de havensector is een pluspunt
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Je hebt sterk analytisch inzicht en werkt nauwkeurig
  • Je communiceert helder, bent hands-on en gericht op samenwerking en het motiveren van mensen
  • Je bent gepassioneerd door techniek en draagt veiligheid hoog in het vaandel
