Als Reliability Engineer op een industriële terminal in de Rotterdamse haven ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het verbeteren van uptime, het optimaliseren van onderhoud en het verlagen van kosten. - Maasvlakte Rotterdam - HBO - €3655 - €6285 per maand Kom in contact Wat ga je doen als Reliability Engineer? In deze rol ondersteun je de onderhoudsafdeling en zorg je dat installaties en equipment optimaal presteren. Je identificeert verbeteringen, implementeert oplossingen en bepaalt het juiste vervangingsmoment van kritische componenten. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt voor team en stakeholders; - Deelnemen aan FMECA-sessies (Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis); - Uitvoeren van Root Cause Analyses (RCA's) bij storingen; - Toepassen van Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)-methodieken; - Monitoren en rapporteren van KPI's op betrouwbaarheid en onderhoud; - Opstellen van verbetervoorstellen en implementatieplannen; - Samenwerken met onderhoud, engineering en procurement om verbeteringen door te voeren. Wat neem je mee als Reliability Engineer? - Hbo-diploma in een technische richting (bijv. Werktuigbouwkunde); - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de (proces)industrie. - Kennis van en ervaring met FMECA, RCA en RCM-methodieken; - Ervaring met SAP PM of soortgelijke onderhoudssoftware; - VOL-VCA certificaat of bereidheid om dit te behalen; - Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels; - Sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen, ook onder operationele druk; - Proactieve, teamgerichte houding met focus op continue verbetering.
