Dit van oorsprong Belgische familiebedrijf is doorheen de jaren uitgegroeid tot een succesvolle, beursgenoteerde internationale groep met een sterke reputatie wereldwijd. Vandaag telt de organisatie bijna 3.000 medewerkers en realiseert ze een omzet van circa 900 miljoen euro.

Voor de site ten noorden van Gent zoeken zij een ambitieuze Reliability Engineer die een sleutelrol wil spelen in het verhogen van de operationele performantie van de plant en carrière wil maken binnen een succesvolle internationale organisatie.

Jouw taken:

· Verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren van storingen en terugkerende stilstanden, implementeren van structurele verbeteringen en ontwikkelen van onderhoudsstrategieën die de beschikbaarheid en efficiëntie van het machinepark maximaliseren.

· Uitvoeren van FMEA’s, criticality assessments en lifecycle-analyses en vertalen van de resultaten naar concrete verbeteracties die bijdragen aan een efficiënter onderhoudsbeleid.

· Ontwikkelen, implementeren en continu verbeteren van preventieve en predictieve onderhoudsstrategieën om de betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van de installaties te verhogen.

· Opvolgen van de technische conditie van de installaties en machines, en adviseren over vervangingsinvesteringen, revisies en technische optimalisaties.

· Aanleveren van technische input voor CAPEX-projecten en bewaken van de integratie van reliability-principes in het ontwerp en de uitvoering.

· Analyseren van onderhoudsdata, optimaliseren van het onderhoudsmanagementsysteem en waarborgen van actuele en accurate technische documentatie.

· Zorgen voor een nauwe samenwerking met productie, onderhoud, engineering en leveranciers, en rapporteren van de resultaten aan de Maintenance Manager.

· Master industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur elektromechanica, werktuigkunde of een aanverwante richting.

· Minstens 2 jaar relevante werkervaring als Reliability- of Maintenance Engineer binnen een industriële omgeving.

· Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en bent oplossings- en resultaatgericht.

· Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor continue verbetering.
