Agristo blijft groeien, en onze site in Wielsbeke groeit mee! Met de bouw van nieuwe productielijnen komt er heel wat technisch werk bij kijken. Daarom zoeken we tijdelijk extra versterking om onze maintenancewerking mee verder op punt te zetten, van strategic spare parts en stuklijsten tot documentatie en onderhouds- en inspectieplannen.

Wat zal je doen bij Agristo?

  • Je helpt de onderhoudsstrategie implementeren en versterkt zo de betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie van ons machinepark.
  • Je werkt mee aan het ontwikkelen, uitrollen en opvolgen van onderhoudsplannen voor onze installaties en assets.
  • Je bouwt mee aan een sterk maintenanceplan met focus op preventief onderhoud en het vermijden van storingen.
  • Je verzamelt en analyseert machine- en productiegegevens om trends, risico's en verbeterkansen te detecteren.
  • Je voert analyses uit na storingen en gaat op zoek naar de echte oorzaken om herhaling te voorkomen.
  • Je beheert mee de levenscyclus van assets en adviseert over kostenefficiënte keuzes rond reparatie, vervanging en upgrades.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met productie, engineering en maintenance om onderhoudsactiviteiten optimaal af te stemmen op de productie.
  • Je deelt jouw kennis en ondersteunt bij de opleiding van collega's binnen de technische dienst.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma Elektromechanica, Elektronica of een gelijkwaardige technische achtergrond.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een technische onderhoudsomgeving. Ervaring in de voedingssector is een mooie troef.
  • Je denkt analytisch, werkt gestructureerd en vertaalt problemen naar duurzame oplossingen.
  • Je haalt energie uit het verbeteren van processen, installaties én jezelf.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke technische basis rond proactieve onderhoudsmethoden en reliability.
  • Kennis van Ultimo is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met methodieken zoals FMEA, RCM, DMAIC, RCA of Bad Actor Analysis is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders en bouwt gemakkelijk bruggen tussen afdelingen.
  • Je bent consequent, praktisch ingesteld en houdt ervan om resultaten te boeken.
