Jobomschrijving

Als Reliability Support E&I speel je een sleutelrol in het verhogen van de betrouwbaarheid van elektrische en instrumentatie-installaties. Je analyseert kritische assets, optimaliseert onderhoudsstrategieën en ondersteunt de overgang naar predictief onderhoud. Daarnaast werk je actief mee aan veiligheidsstudies en vernieuwingsprojecten die de continuïteit van de productie garanderen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Bepalen van de kriticiteit van E&I-assets en uitwerken van passende onderhoudsstrategieën.
  • Analyseren van storingen en identificeren van verbeterkansen om de betrouwbaarheid van installaties te verhogen.
  • Bewaken van de beschikbaarheid van kritische reserveonderdelen en optimaliseren van magazijnvoorraden.
  • Standaardiseren van equipment om stockbeheer efficiënter en kosteneffectiever te maken.
  • Initiëren en opvolgen van technische vernieuwings- en vervangingsprojecten.
  • Beheren en analyseren van onderhoudsdata, KPI's en technische rapporteringen.
  • Ondersteunen van de transitie van preventief naar predictief onderhoud door gebruik van data-analyse en nieuwe technologieën.
  • Opstellen en onderhouden van SIL-testsheets.
  • Ondersteunen van HAZOP-studies en uitvoeren van risicoanalyses op procesinstallaties.
  • Delen van technische kennis en begeleiden van collega's binnen het E&I-team.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor of Master in Elektrotechniek, Automatisatie, Meet- en Regeltechniek of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
  • Ervaring binnen E&I-onderhoud, reliability engineering of maintenance engineering.
  • Bij voorkeur ervaring in een chemische, petrochemische of procesindustriële omgeving.
  • Basiskennis van PLC-systemen.
  • Vertrouwd met SAP PM, Excel en andere courante Office-toepassingen.
  • Kennis van procesveiligheid, SIL, HAZOP en risicoanalyses is een belangrijke plus.
