The posting

Voor een chemische productieomgeving zoeken we een Reliability Support Engineer E&I die mee instaat voor de betrouwbaarheid, beschikbaarheid en veiligheid van de elektrische en instrumentatie-installaties op de site. Je combineert technische analyse met een sterke onderhoudsblik en helpt de organisatie verder evolueren van preventief naar meer predictief onderhoud.

Je bepaalt welke installaties en componenten kritisch zijn, vertaalt die inzichten naar onderhoudsstrategieën en stuurt verbeter- en vernieuwingsacties aan. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met het E&I-team en zorg je ervoor dat technische kennis, data en lessons learned ook effectief in de organisatie worden verankerd.

Jouw rol

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren, verbeteren en opvolgen van de betrouwbaarheid van de E&I-installaties. Concreet betekent dit dat je onder andere:

  • de criticiteit van geïnstalleerd equipment bepaalt en vertaalt naar de juiste onderhoudsstrategie
  • kritische componenten identificeert en ervoor zorgt dat deze beschikbaar zijn in het magazijn
  • vernieuwings- en verbeterprojecten opstart wanneer installaties aan vervanging toe zijn
  • standaarden helpt bepalen voor equipment en stockbeheer om beschikbaarheid en beheersbaarheid te verhogen
  • onderhoudsdata en KPI’s bijhoudt, analyseert en rapporteert
  • mee nieuwe technieken en algoritmes onderzoekt voor de evolutie van preventief naar predictief onderhoud
  • SIL-testsheets opstelt en technisch ondersteunt bij veiligheidsgerelateerde vraagstukken
  • HAZOP-studies ondersteunt en risicoanalyses uitvoert op bestaande installaties
  • inzichten uit storingen, analyses en verbeterprojecten vertaalt naar concrete acties
  • het E&I-team informeert en opleidt over nieuwe technieken, verbeteringen en lopende projecten
  • Bachelor of master in een technische richting, bij voorkeur Automatisatie, Meet- en Regeltechniek, Elektrotechniek of Elektriciteit
  • Ervaring binnen E&I en onderhoud, bij voorkeur in de chemische industrie
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en in staat om onderhoudsbeslissingen te onderbouwen met data
  • Goede kennis van SAP, Excel en gangbare Office-toepassingen
  • Veiligheidsbewuste aanpak bij technische keuzes en interventies
  • Zelfstandig kunnen analyseren, prioriteiten bepalen en verbeteracties initiëren

Nice-to-haves

  • Basiskennis van PLC-systemen
  • Ervaring met reliability engineering, predictive maintenance of condition-based maintenance
  • Ervaring met SIL, HAZOP of technische risicoanalyses
  • Ervaring met het opstellen of verbeteren van onderhoudsstrategieën en spare-partsbeleid
