About this job

Als Remarketing Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige administratieve afwikkeling van het einde van de lease naar de klant toe en de administratieve transfer van lease-auto's naar de verkoopafdeling. Je taken omvatten:

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

• Je sluit leasecontracten af en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking.

• Je controleert uitgevoerde inspecties en verstuurt de rapporten naar de leaseklanten.

• Je maakt de schadebeoordeling op en bezorgt klanten de eindafrekening.

• Je staat klanten vriendelijk te woord en helpt hen op gepaste wijze verder bij vragen over de eindafrekening.

• Je maakt verkoopfacturen op van de verhandelde wagens.

• Je stelt uitgaande communicatie op naar klanten en leveranciers.

• Je draagt zorg voor de typedocumenten die nodig zijn bij het uitvoeren van de job en houdt deze actueel.

• Je hebt ervaring in het uitvoeren van auto-inspecties

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent administratief sterk.

• Je hebt reeds een eerste administratieve werkervaring en ervaring in teamwork.

• Je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands en Frans, zowel gesproken als geschreven.

• Je bent organisatorisch sterk en zeer planmatig ingesteld.

• Verantwoordelijkheidszin en een hands-on mentaliteit zijn jou niet vreemd.
