Als Remote Diagnose Technieker voor vrachtwagens combineer je diepgaande technische analyse met klantgericht advies en onderdelenverkoop binnen de vrachtwagensector. Je werkt vanuit een moderne kantooromgeving en ondersteunt werkplaatsen en klanten op afstand.

  • Op afstand inloggen op voertuigen via diagnosetools en systemen;
  • Uitlezen en interpreteren van foutcodes, sensordata en systeemwaarden;
  • Analyseren van storingen aan motor, aandrijflijn, elektronica en emissiesystemen;
  • Vertalen van diagnoses naar concrete en uitvoerbare herstellingen;
  • Bepalen van benodigde onderdelen, kits en technische oplossingen;
  • Adviseren over dringende interventies of duurzame reparaties;
  • Opmaken en opvolgen van offertes op basis van technische analyse;
  • Correcte administratieve verwerking in de ERP en CRM systemen.

  • Sterke kennis van vrachtwagenmechanica, voertuigsystemen en auto-elektronica;
  • Ervaring met diagnose, foutanalyse of technische ondersteuning is vereist. Dit mag kennis zijn die is opgedaan op de werkplaats, via support of via engineering;
  • Affiniteit met digitale diagnoseplatformen en remote service-omgevingen;
  • Vermogen om technische informatie commercieel en klantgericht te vertalen;
  • Analytisch sterk met een gestructureerde probleemoplossende aanpak;
  • Vlot overweg kunnen met PC, ERP-, CRM-systemen en digitale catalogi;
  • Professionele communicatiestijl en stressbestendig in een dynamische context;
  • Zeer goede kennis Nederlands, met extra talen (Engels, Frans, Duits) als een grote troef voor internationale communicatie.
