The posting

¿ Remplacement définitif – Logopède indépendante – Gembloux/Tout vent

Le centre pluridisciplinaire Anima Corpus, situé à Tout vent (Gembloux), recherche une logopède indépendante pour un remplacement définitif, suite à mon prochain déménagement.

¿ L’un des gros avantages : une patientèle déjà constituée est à reprendre ! Je ne pourrai malheureusement pas conserver mes patients dans mon nouveau lieu de vie et je souhaite donc transmettre l’ensemble de ma patientèle à la personne qui me remplacera.

¿ Horaire et patientèle

Les horaires disponibles sont :

  • lundi, mardi, jeudi et vendredi après-midi à partir de 14h30 ;
  • mercredi toute la journée.

Cela représente environ 20 à 25 heures de consultations par semaine, avec 25 à 30 patients réguliers.

Il est tout à fait possible de développer davantage l’activité et d’augmenter le nombre d’heures et de patients ; j’ai personnellement choisi de limiter mon horaire à ce volume pour garder un rythme de travail qui me convenait.

Une prise en charge à partir du 15 septembre serait idéale, et au plus tard le 1er octobre, mais je reste ouverte à la discussion selon le profil.

¿ Profil de la patientèle

La patientèle est principalement composée d’enfants en âge scolaire, avec une grande partie des suivis en :

  • langage écrit ;
  • mathématiques de base, principalement niveau primaire ;
  • langage oral et articulation ;
  • un suivi en CAA actuellement, à poursuivre ou non selon vos intérêts.

Il est donc préférable d’avoir un certain attrait pour les mathématiques, même si celles-ci restent essentiellement axées sur les apprentissages de niveau primaire.

La patientèle est globalement très régulière et fiable. Un règlement concernant les annulations de moins de 48h est déjà mis en place, ce qui permet d’avoir un planning relativement stable.

¿ Transmission

Afin de faciliter la transition, l’idéal serait que la personne puisse venir une à deux semaines avant mon départ, afin d’observer quelques séances, de rencontrer les patients et de permettre une transmission progressive.

Je peux également proposer à la personne qui reprend la patientèle de racheter certains de mes jeux et du matériel logopédique, si cela l’intéresse.
