Zij realiseren totaalprojecten op maat – van ramen en deuren in hout, PVC of aluminium tot binnenschrijnwerk zoals maatkasten, parket en laminaat. Met passie voor detail en jarenlange expertise begeleiden ze projecten voor zowel particuliere klanten als bedrijven aan de kust en regio.

Als renovatie arbeider werk je mee aan uiteenlopende renovatie- en verbouwingsprojecten, grotendeels in de regio Oostende en kustomgeving. Je staat mee in voor de praktische uitvoering van verschillende (hand-) werkzaamheden op de werf.

Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Assisteren bij diverse renovatiewerken (vloeren, muren, plafonds, afwerking).
  • Binnen schrijnwerk en buitenschrijnwerk uitvoeren volgens richtlijnen.
  • Afwerken en herstellen van bestaande structuren.
  • Mee coördineren van kleine sloop- en opbouwwerken.
  • Werken volgens veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Zorgen voor een nette en veilige werf.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Wij zoeken een praktischer en gemotiveerde vakman die graag mee bouwt aan kwalitatieve renovaties.

Jouw profiel:

  • Ervaring in bouw- of renovatiewerken is een plus, maar gemotiveerde kandidaten zonder jaren ervaring worden ook aangemoedigd om te reageren.
  • Praktisch en technisch inzicht.
  • Je werkt graag met je handen en bent fysiek inzetbaar.
  • Teamspeler met een proactieve houding.
  • Nauwkeurig werken en oog voor detail.
  • Veiligheidsbewust en kwaliteitsgericht.
