Heb jij een allround ervaring in de bouw en spreekt isolatiewerken jou aan?

Wij zijn op zoek naar een collega die mee wil werken aan onze renovatieprojecten, zowel klein als groot. Onze specialiteit, woningen optimaal isoleren dankzij het juiste advies én een vakkundige plaatsing van diverse isolatiematerialen. Daarnaast realiseren we ook uiteenlopende renovatiewerken, van ruwbouw tot schrijnwerk en technische installaties.

Samen met je toffe collega’s geef je woningen een volledige make-over van A tot Z. Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde, wat zorgt voor de nodige afwisseling en uitdaging!

Wat zit er zoal in jouw takenpakket?

  • Uitvoeren van gyprocwerken
  • Monteren van planchettes
  • Plaatsen van dakvensters
  • Installeren van zoldertrappen
  • Uitbreiden van sanitaire installaties, verwarming (CV) en elektriciteit
  • Toepassen van diverse isolatietechnieken
  • Uitvoeren van vochtbehandelingen
  • Reinigen van gevels

Ook kleine ruwbouwwerken en schrijnwerk maken deel uit van jouw takenpakket. Dankzij jouw ervaring ben jij de geknipte kandidaat! Daarnaast is het belangrijk dat je in het bezit bent van een rijbewijs B en vlot Nederlands spreekt, voor een goede communicatie op de werf.

Onze werkdag start om 6u met het laden en lossen van onze voertuigen. Nadien rijden we in teams van 2 tot 3 personen naar de werven. Deze zijn gelegen tot 30km rond Kampenhout.

Wij bieden jou een correct loon volgens jouw ervaring binnen PC124 (bouwsector), aangevuld met maaltijdcheques. Overuren worden uitbetaald als relance overuren.
