Wij zoeken een op elkaar ingespeelde renovatieploeg met passie voor complexe dakprojecten.

Geen dag is hetzelfde. U werkt aan diverse projecten in de regio, variërend van grootschalige dakrenovaties tot zeer specifiek restauratiewerk.

Denk hierbij aan:

  • Het inspecteren, herstellen en vernieuwen van de dakstructuur bij hellende daken. Dit omvat het zorgvuldig onderzoeken van de bestaande dakconstructie om eventuele schade of zwaktes te identificeren, gevolgd door het uitvoeren van reparaties of het volledig vernieuwen van de structuur om de duurzaamheid en veiligheid te waarborgen. Het ambachtelijk plaatsen van nieuwe zinklagen, bijvoorbeeld op de daken van kerken of monumentale panden. Dit proces omvat het met de hand vormen en bevestigen van zinkplaten, waarbij oog wordt gehouden voor detail en historische nauwkeurigheid om het authentieke karakter van het gebouw te behouden. Het herstellen van losgekomen leien tot het volledig vernieuwen van complexe dakvlakken. Dit kan variëren van het eenvoudig opnieuw bevestigen van enkele leien tot het vervangen van hele secties van het dak, met aandacht voor de juiste overlap en bevestiging om waterdichtheid en esthetische harmonie te garanderen.
  • Jullie zijn op elkaar ingespeeld en weten wat jullie aan elkaar hebben op grote hoogte. Een ploeg kan van 2 - 6 mensen inhouden.
  • Kennis van zowel houtconstructies als dakbedekking, zinkwerk.
  • Jullie houden van precisiewerk en schrikken niet terug voor uitdagende projecten zoals bv. kerktorens.
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in dakwerken!
  • Minimaal een persoon van de ploeg is in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een basis veiligheidsattest VCA
