Wil jij eindverantwoordelijkheid dragen voor een afdeling binnen een dynamische organisatie in de industriële en maritieme sector? Voor onze organisatie zijn wij opzoek naar een Rental Coördinator die verantwoordelijk is voor het aansturen, optimaliseren en verder uitbouwen van de rental activiteiten binnen de RBC Group. In deze rol combineer je strategisch inzicht met operationele daadkracht en ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel de resultaten als de verdere professionalisering van de afdeling. Als Rental Coördinator voer je de dagdagelijkse operatie uit en stuur je de operatie aan, je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige proces van aanvraag tot facturatie. Je schakelt met klanten, leveranciers en interne afdelingen en zorgt voor een efficiënte inrichting van processen, een optimale inzet van de rental vloot en het realiseren van commerciële doelstellingen. Wij zoeken iemand die, een hands on mentaliteit heeft, je bent sociaal vaardig en staat midden in de operatie, waardoor je goed weet wat er nodig is binnen de rental afdeling. Wat ga je doen? Tot je verantwoordelijkheden behoren onder andere: - Het aansturen van de operationele en commerciële activiteiten van de rental afdeling; - Het opstellen, bewaken en realiseren van het rental budget en bijbehorende KPI's; - Het beheren en optimaliseren van de rental vloot en ondersteunende systemen; - De aansturing en het functioneren van Safety Shops; - Het opstellen en beoordelen van business cases ten behoeve van investeringsbeslissingen (verhuur versus investering); - Het borgen van een correcte en tijdige uitvoering van orderprocessing en facturatie; - Het onderhouden en uitbouwen van relaties m...
