- Werken bij Verschel & Van Dun Gilze Voltijd, Deeltijd HBO / WO € 2800 tot € 3400 Zet jouw eerste stap richting het rentmeesterschap Ben je afgestudeerd en wil je je verder ontwikkelen richting rentmeester? Bij Verschel & Van Dun krijg je de kans om het vak vanaf de basis te leren. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren rentmeesters, krijgt te maken met echte klantvraagstukken en ontdekt hoe veelzijdig grond en vastgoed in het landelijk gebied zijn. Als Binnendienst Specialist Vastgoedkunde ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen onze klanten en rentmeesters. Samen onderzoek je wat er mogelijk is binnen een project of vastgoedvraagstuk. Daarbij krijg je te maken met onderwerpen als wonen, landbouw, natuur, water en energie en leer je hoe verschillende belangen, regelgeving en mogelijkheden samenkomen. Je ondersteunt onze rentmeesters onder andere bij het voorbereiden en opstellen van subsidie- en vergunningsaanvragen, verzoeken en rapportages. Ook werk je taxatierapporten uit op basis van de input van de rentmeester en maak je berekeningen die nodig zijn voor adviezen en rapporten. Ondertussen verdiep je je steeds verder in het vak. Je volgt ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving, hebt contact met klanten en overheden en krijgt steeds meer inzicht in grondzaken, vastgoed en gebiedsontwikkeling. Ben je al gestart met de opleiding tot rentmeester? Mooi. Wil je daar op korte termijn mee beginnen? Dan kijken we graag samen hoe we jouw ontwikkeling richting het rentmeesterschap kunnen vormgeven.
