In deze functie speel je een cruciale rol bij het beheren en controleren van SFDR-rapportages, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat deze voldoen aan de kwaliteitsnormen en deadlines. Jouw expertise zal bijdragen aan verbeteringen in de rapportageprocessen, terwijl je samenwerkt met verschillende teams om de efficiëntie te optimaliseren. We zijn op zoek naar een detailgerichte professional met een sterke achtergrond in financiën of economie, uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve instelling. Beschrijving - Je beheert, onderhoudt en houdt toezicht op het opstellen van SFDR-rapporten; - Je zorgt ervoor dat alle opgestelde rapporten voldoen aan de vereiste standaardisatie-eisen die door de Reporting Factory zijn vastgesteld; - Je houdt de tijdschema's voor het indienen van rapporten bij en zorgt ervoor dat alle deadlines worden gehaald; - Je ziet toe op de kwaliteit en tijdigheid van de gegenereerde rapporten; - Je zorgt ervoor dat rapporten correct en tijdig worden verspreid; - Je signaleert eventuele problemen en neemt passende maatregelen om deze op te lossen; - Je werkt samen met diverse rapportageteams en belanghebbenden om nieuwe rapportage-initiatieven of verbeteringen door te voeren en tegelijkertijd de huidige rapporten en processen te optimaliseren; - Je past het vastgestelde controlekader toe om de productie van rapporten van hoge kwaliteit te waarborgen; - Je draagt actief bij aan het oplossen van openstaande kwesties die onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid vallen en biedt collega's ondersteuning bij het oplossen van problemen, zodat de dagelijkse werkzaamheden niet worden...
