Bij JACOPS geloven we dat sterke beslissingen beginnen met heldere inzichten. Daarom bouwen we verder aan een moderne, datagedreven finance-organisatie waarin betrouwbare cijfers, diepgaande analyses en duidelijke rapportering samenkomen.

Om deze ambitie waar te maken, zoeken we een reporting manager. In deze sleutelrol neem je de leiding over de management- en boardreporting van de groep. Je zorgt ervoor dat financiële en operationele informatie wordt omgezet in heldere inzichten die het management en de raad van bestuur ondersteunen bij strategische beslissingen.

Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen Business Finance en Financial Controlling en zorgt ervoor dat cijfers niet alleen correct zijn, maar ook betekenis krijgen. Dankzij jouw analytische blik, gestructureerde aanpak en talent voor storytelling breng je complexe informatie terug tot een duidelijk en betrouwbaar verhaal.

Concreet sta je in voor:

· Het coördineren en opstellen van de maandelijkse managementrapporteringen en boardrapporteringen voor de verschillende entiteiten binnen de groep.

· Het vertalen van financiële en operationele cijfers naar heldere analyses, inzichten en aanbevelingen voor management en directie.

· Het identificeren van trends, risico's, afwijkingen en opportuniteiten en deze op een gestructureerde manier rapporteren aan de relevante stakeholders.

· Het ondersteunen van budget-, forecast- en performanceprocessen door de integratie van targets, actuals en prognoses in de rapportering.

· Het mee beheren, structureren en bewaken van de kwaliteit, consistentie en betrouwbaarheid van data die als basis dient voor rapportering, analyses en besluitvorming.

· Het bewaken van het correcte gebruik, de consistentie en de kwaliteit van analytische dimensies, rekening houdend met de structuur en noden van een projectorganisatie.

· Het nemen van de nodige acties om datakwaliteit en analytische dimensies op orde te brengen.

· Het initiëren van verbeterings- en automatiseringsprojecten die bijdragen aan een efficiënter en meer datagedreven rapporteringsproces.

· Ondersteunen bij de implementatie van rapporteringssoftware.

· Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in Finance, Economie of een gelijkaardige richting.

· Je hebt minstens 5 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen FP&A, controlling, reporting of business finance.

· Je hebt ervaring met management- en boardreporting binnen een professionele organisatie.

· Ervaring binnen een complexe, projectmatige of multidisciplinaire omgeving is een sterke troef.

· Je combineert sterke analytische vaardigheden met een uitstekend vermogen om complexe informatie helder en overtuigend te communiceren.

· Je bent sterk in het structureren van informatie en weet cijfers om te zetten in een duidelijk verhaal dat aanzet tot actie.

· Je werkt nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsgericht en behoudt het overzicht in een complexe omgeving.

· Je bent een natuurlijke bruggenbouwer die vlot samenwerkt met verschillende stakeholders.

· Je neemt initiatief en denkt actief mee na over verbeteringen en optimalisaties.
