Wat ga je doen? Je bent hét eerste aanspreekpunt voor HR-vragen van medewerkers over arbeidsvoorwaarden, verlof en salaris. Daarnaast zorg je voor een vlekkeloze verwerking van personeelsmutaties in SAP, van in- en uitdiensttredingen tot contractwijzigingen. Je ondersteunt bij de opvolging van verzuim in samenwerking met managers en HR Business Partners. Proactief signaleer je knelpunten en draag je bij aan het verbeteren van onze HR-processen. Je komt te werken in het nieuwe, groeiende HR Shared Service Center van MediaMarkt Benelux, waar een enthousiast team van professionals alle vestigingen in Nederland ondersteunt met heldere HR-processen en service van hoge kwaliteit. - Het beantwoorden van allerlei vragen van medewerkers over HR-gerelateerde onderwerpen, zoals arbeidsvoorwaarden, verlof en salarisadministratie. - Het ondersteunen in de opvolging van verzuim in overleg met de betreffende Managers en HR Business Partner(s). - Het verwerken van in- en uitdiensttredingen, contractwijzigingen en andere personeelsmutaties in ons systeem SAP. - Het ondersteunen bij de implementatie en optimalisatie van processen binnen het HR Shared Service Center. - Het zorgdragen voor een nauwkeurige en tijdige verwerking van de HR-administratie. - Het (proactief) signaleren van knelpunten in HR-processen en proactief meedenken en meewerken aan verbeteringen.
