Wat ga je doen? Als verkoop medewerker witgoed bij MediaMarkt zet jij je elke dag in om de wens van de klant te overtreffen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant met het juiste advies én een goed gevoel de winkel verlaat. In onze winkel sta jij klaar voor iedereen die op zoek is naar het beste witgoed: van energiezuinige wasmachines en ruime koelkasten tot stille drogers, diepvriezers en vaatwassers. Je luistert goed, denkt actief mee en geeft helder advies dat past bij de situatie van de klant. Verder draag je proactief bij aan: - Optimale klanttevredenheid, iedere dag opnieuw - Het signaleren van aanvullende wensen, zoals installatie, aftersales of extra service - Het begrijpelijk uitleggen van de voordelen en mogelijkheden van onze witgoedproducten - Oplossingsgericht inspelen op vragen, klachten en technische uitdagingen - Een nette presentatie van het assortiment in de winkel - Een hechte samenwerking en positieve energie binnen het team Werken bij MediaMarkt Rijswijk MediaMarkt Rijswijk ligt in winkelcentrum In de Bogaard , centraal gelegen en goed bereikbaar vanuit Rijswijk, Den Haag, Delft en Voorburg. De winkel is goed bereikbaar met het OV en ook met de auto, met verschillende parkeermogelijkheden in de omgeving. Rijswijk heeft een gezellige, levendige sfeer met een mix van winkels, horeca en woonwijken.
