In deze rol bedien en bewaak je het productieproces van cacaoboter en cacaopoeder en draag je bij aan procesverbeteringen. Je maakt deel uit van een team met oog voor kwaliteit en innovatie. Dit ga je doen Als reserve operator regelkamers ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen, controleren en bijsturen van productieprocessen voor cacaoboter en cacaopoeder. Je zorgt ervoor dat de apparatuur optimaal functioneert en de gestelde kwaliteitsnormen worden gehaald. Daarbij houd je rekening met regels rond veiligheid, milieu en hygiëne. Je dag start met het in- of uit bedrijf nemen van installaties en het controleren van de status van de processen. Je voert routine-analyses uit, verwerkt productiegegevens en lost storingen op in overleg met de ploegchef. Je werkt samen met collega's om verbeteringen in het proces te signaleren en door te voeren. - Bedienen en controleren van productieapparatuur - Bijsturen van het productieproces vanuit diverse regelkamers - Uitvoeren van routine-analyses (zeefrest, pH, vochtgehalte, kleur, vet) - Registreren van productie- en procesgegevens - Oplossen van storingen en nemen van voorzorgsmaatregelen - Meewerken aan procesverbeteringen en projecten - Uitvoeren van ondersteunende werkzaamheden voor het productieproces Dit krijg je - Salaris tussen €3500 en €4000 bruto per maand - 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld - Eindejaarsuitkering of bonusregeling - Pensioenregeling via het bedrijf - Opleidings- en trainingsmogelijkheden, doorgroeien naar senior operator of teamleider - Reiskostenver...
