Als Reserveringen & Events Manager ben jij dé verbindende schakel tussen onze gasten, restaurants en evenementen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat reserveringen soepel verlopen, groepsaanvragen perfect worden geregeld en gasten een onvergetelijke ervaring beleven, van eerste contact tot het laatste moment. Ben jij organisatorisch sterk, gastvrij en krijg jij energie van horeca en evenementen? Dan zoeken wij jou! Wat ga je doen? - Beheren en optimaliseren van reserveringssystemen en telefonie voor onze locaties - Behandelen van groepsaanvragen en evenementen: van aanvraag en offerte tot uitvoering en after-sales - Coördineren van evenementen en ondersteunen bij de organisatie, op- en afbouw waar nodig - Zorgen voor een optimale bezetting en het verbeteren van reserveringsprocessen - Onderhouden van contact met gasten en relaties, waaronder gasten van de Appeltje Eitje Club - Bijhouden van het CRM-systeem en zorgen voor een persoonlijke gastbeleving - Samenwerken met restaurantmanagers, teams op locatie en verschillende afdelingen - Aansturen en begeleiden van het reserveringsteam, medewerkers en stagiaires Wie ben jij? - Je hebt een proactieve houding en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid - Je bent organisatorisch sterk en houdt overzicht, ook wanneer het druk is - Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels - Je bent gastvrij, commercieel ingesteld en denkt graag mee met de wensen van de gast - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en vindt afwisseling in werkzaamheden juist leuk - Ervaring met reserveringen, groepsaanvragen, horeca of evenementen is een pré - Je bent een echte aanpakker met oog voor detail Wat bieden wij jo...
