* Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Reservierungsanfragen telefonisch, per E-Mail und über Online-Buchungssysteme

* Erstellung und Verwaltung von Zimmer- und Angebotsbuchungen

* Beratung von Gästen zu Zimmern, Preisen, Arrangements und Zusatzleistungen

* Korrespondenz mit Gästen in deutscher und englischer Sprache

* Pflege von Gästedaten und Reservierungssystemen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Rezeption, Verkauf und Housekeeping

* Bearbeitung von Stornierungen, Umbuchungen und Sonderwünschen

* Sicherstellung einer hohen Gästezufriedenheit durch professionelles Service

Ihr Profil

Fachliche Kompetenzen

* Erfahrung im Reservierungswesen, an der Rezeption oder in der Hotellerie von Vorteil

* Sicherer Umgang mit EDV-Anwendungen und Reservierungsprogrammen

* Gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Kenntnisse in Büroorganisation und administrativen Tätigkeiten

* Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
