Zur Verstärkung unseres Reservierungsteams suchen wir eine engagierte und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit, die unsere internationalen Gäste mit Kompetenz, Herzlichkeit und Organisationstalent betreut. 1 Reservierungsmitarbeiter (all genders) 40 h/Woche

Was gibt es zu tun?

Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben zählen:

* professionelle Bearbeitung von Reservierungsanfragen per Telefon und E-Mail

* Erstellung individueller Angebote sowie Abwicklung von Buchungen

* Pflege und Verwaltung von Gast- und Reservierungsdaten

* Beratung unserer Gäste zu unseren Gesundheitsprogrammen, Zimmerkategorien und Leistungen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Front Office, Medical Front Office und Guest Relations

* Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Reservierungsabläufen

* Bearbeitung von Änderungen, Umbuchungen und Stornierungen

* Sicherstellung eines erstklassigen Gästeerlebnisses bereits vor der Anreise

* Administrative Tätigkeiten im Reservierungsbereich

Was wir suchen

Sie...

* haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotel-, Tourismus- oder Gesundheitsbereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Bereich Reservierung, Front Office oder Gästebetreuung

* Organisationstalent sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

* sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* sicheren Umgang mit Reservierungssystemen und MS Office Programmen

* hohe Serviceorientierung sowie Freude am Umgang mit Gästen

* eine organisierte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
