Ein 5-Sterne-Hotel im Verbund der Skiliftgesellschaft Sölden, lieber fest verwurzelt als abgehoben, mit Ötztaler Schmäh und bodenständigen Gastgeber_innen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ehestmöglich 2 Reservierungsmitarbeiter_in Du möchtest unsere Gäste serviceorientiert und persönlich ab der ersten Anfrage bis zum Check-in, bei uns begleiten? Dann komm' in unser Reservierungsteam!

Die Arbeit in unserer Reservierung ist viel mehr als nur E-Mails schreiben und telefonieren: Du bist der erste wichtige telefonische als auch schriftliche Kontakt für Anfragen und Gästeanliegen und behältst zudem den Überblick über unsere Buchungen.

DEINE AUFGABEN: DAS KANNST DU!

* Annahme von telefonischen und schriftlichen Anfragen inklusive Angebots- und Buchungserstellung

* Gewissenhaftes und genaues Arbeiten mit Gästedaten

* Beratung unserer Gäste zu Zimmerkategorien, Zusatzleistungen und aktuellen Angeboten

* Annahme und Buchungen von Gruppen- und Reisebüroreservierungen

* Bearbeitung und Beratung von Special Requests (Stammgastwünsche sowie besondere Vorlieben der Gäste)

* Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards sowie aktives Einholen, Bearbeiten und Umsetzen von Gäste- und internem Feedback

* Du bist ein Teamplayer und arbeitest eng mit unserem Front Office Team zusammen

DEIN PROFIL:

- abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung

- Motivation und Teamfähigkeit

- gepflegtes und freundliches Auftreten

DEINE ARBEITSZEIT:

- 40 Stunden pro Woche / 5 Tage-Woche

- nach Absprache auch Teilzeit möglich (Stunden und Tage nach Vereinbarung)

- Saison- oder Jahresstelle
