TUI BLUE Schladming steht für Aktivität - Qualität - Individualität und ist ein modernes 3* Aktiv- und Lifestyle Hotel mit gehobenen Qualitätsanforderungen und 107 Zimmern in bester Lage direkt an der Planai Seilbahn zentral in Schladming.

Wir suchen zur Verstärkung des Teams: 1 Reservierungsmitarbeiter/in ab sofort

Zur Position:

* Annahme und Bearbeitung von eingehenden Buchungen

* Angebote erstellen, bearbeiten und verbuchen

* Organisation sämtlicher Gästeangelegenheiten

* Allgemeine Back-Office Tätigkeiten (Telefonate, administratives und operatives Tagesgeschäft, Erledigung der Hotelkorrespondenz)

* Kontrolle und Durchführung von Stornierungen

* Gezielter Verkauf (Mithilfe bei Buchungen der gesamten Produktpalette)

* Mithilfe und Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen

* Abrechnung mit Reisebüros und Reiseveranstaltern

* Arbeit mit den verschiedenen Buchungsplattformen inkl. Umgang mit den Systemen (z.B. Booking.com, Expedia, etc.)

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Revenue Manager

Zu Dir:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (touristische Fachschule oder kaufmännische Ausbildung) von Vorteil

* Mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Häusern und Positionen von Vorteil

* Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch

* Schnelle Auffassungsgabe

* Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte, genaue Arbeitsweise und analytisches Denken

* Dienstleistungs- und Verkaufsorientiertes Denken und Handeln bzw. Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Sicherheit und Interesse im Umgang mit den Hotel-Systemen wie PMS, Visionline, Office 365

* Opera Cloud Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Teamplayer
