Dann bist Du bei uns im Haus Hirt in Bad Gastein richtig.

Für unser 33-Zimmer Haus mit schönem Ambiente, internationalem Team, herrlichem Weitblick und vielen interessanten Gästen suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams 2 Reservierungsmitarbeiter / Reservierungsmitarbeiterinnen Beschäftigung ab sofort in Vollzeit bei 40 Wochenstunden für eine Daueranstellung. Die Arbeitszeiten und freien Tage erfolgen je nach Vereinbarung und Dienstplan.

DIESE AUFGABEN UND ROLLEN ERWARTEN SIE:

* Arbeiten mit der Hotelsoftware "Protel"

* Aufnahme, Einteilung und Bearbeitung von Zimmerreservierungen

* Aktiver Verkauf und Beratung unserer Gäste über Lage, Ausstattung und Angebote unseres Hauses

* Überblick über die Zimmerauslastung

* Zusammenarbeit mit Reisebüros und Buchungsportalen

* Kontrolle bzw. Wartung der Buchungsportale

* Telefonische Betreuung unserer Kund_innen

* sowie alle weiteren anfallenden Tätigkeiten im Arbeitsbereich

* Freude und Spaß am Telefonieren

* Sprachgewand

* Fundierte Englischkenntnisse

* Eigenständiges, genaues Arbeiten und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen

* EDV- Anwendungskenntnisse, Protel Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil

* Quereinsteiger_innen und Schulabgänger herzlich Willkommen
