Saisonstelle in Vollzeit

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Verwaltung und Instandhaltung von Immobilien gemäß Unternehmensrichtlinien und lokalen Vorschriften.

* Fachkenntnisse in betrieblichen und technischen Systemen des Eigentums

* Überwachung von Inventar, Schadensberichten und Gästebüchern.

* Durchführung von Schadensinspektionen und Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit

* Führung, Motivation und Planung des Immobilienteams, um konstante Service-Standards zu gewährleisten.

* Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen.

* Kommunikation mit Gästen vor der Ankunft, Begrüßung und Bereitstellung von Informationen über die Immobilie.

* Unterstützung bei Dienstleistungen wie Skiverleih und Liftkarten.

* Feedbackbearbeitung und kontinuierliche Kommunikation.

* Bearbeitung von immobilienbezogenen Rechnungen und Budgets

* Bestandsaufnahmen und Abschluss relevanter Berichte.

* Unterstützung bei der Ankunft und Abreise der Gäste, ordnungsgemäße Abwicklung.

* Zahlungsabwicklung für zusätzliche Services und Einhaltung der Unternehmensrichtlinien für Trinkgelder.

* Bearbeitung kleinerer Wartungsaufgaben.

* Arbeit mit einem persönlichen Laptop, ausgestattet mit Microsoft oder Apple Software und einem unternehmenseigenen Mobiltelefon.

* Beschaffung zusätzlicher benötigter Artikel aus dem Zentraldepot.

* Bereitschaft, in Notfällen andere Rollen zu übernehmen.
