Resident Engineer Alkmaar Amsterdam Ben jij die technische alleskunner die energie krijgt van het draaiende houden van complexe installaties? Als Service Resident Engineer werk je dagelijks bij onze klanten in Amsterdam en Alkmaar en zorg je ervoor dat ons systeem altijd optimaal draait. Klinkt dit als iets voor jou? Wat ga je doen? Als Service Resident Engineer werk je samen met een monteur op locatie bij onze twee klanten in Amsterdam en Alkmaar. Jullie voeren zowel preventief als correctief onderhoud uit aan de geïnstalleerde apparatuur. Denk hierbij aan systemen zoals shuttles, conveyors, spiralveyors en automatische applicatiemachines. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Het draaiende houden van het geïnstalleerde systeem en het oplossen van alle voorkomende mechanische- en elektrotechnische storingen; - Controleer jij de technische staat van geautomatiseerde en gemechaniseerde opslagsystemen. - Je bent voortdurend bezig met het optimaliseren van de installatie en voert waar nodig aanpassingen uit; - Het rapporteren van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden; - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de spare part voorraad en bestelt onderdelen indien nodig; - Het uitwerken en implementeren van verbetervoorstellen naar aanleiding van preventief onderhoud of storingen. Wat vragen wij van jou? Om in aanmerking te komen voor de rol van Service Resident Engineer heb jij affiniteit met logistieke processen. Het verrichten van onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan geïnstalleerde apparatuur is jouw passie en je hebt een goede kennis van elektrische en/of mechanische kennis. Verder neem je onderstaande met je mee: - Bij voorkeur een afgeronde MBO-opleiding met studierichting; elektrotechniek, mechatronica, werktuigbouwkunde of Installatietechniek; - Je hebt 2-5 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie; - Je hebt ervaring met mechanische en elektronische componenten; - Je beschikt over goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.
