Onze klant is een stabiele en gespecialiseerde KMO in regio Kortrijk, actief binnen de installatie van hoogwaardige gebouwtechnieken. De organisatie combineert elektriciteit, HVAC en moderne technieken om kwalitatieve oplossingen te realiseren binnen het hogere residentiële segment.

De projecten zijn technisch uitdagend én esthetisch verfijnd. Er wordt gewerkt aan totaaloplossingen waarbij klassieke elektrische installaties worden gecombineerd met onder andere warmtepompen, zonnepanelen, domotica en KNX-technologie. Hierdoor kom je terecht in een omgeving waar traditionele vakkennis en moderne technieken voortdurend samenkomen.

Met een team van ongeveer 30 vakmensen heerst er een persoonlijke en collegiale sfeer. Je werkt op projecten in de ruime regio Kortrijk, waardoor lange verplaatsingen beperkt blijven. Bovendien krijg je de kans om jouw technische kennis verder uit te bouwen via opleidingen en mee te groeien met de nieuwste ontwikkelingen binnen duurzame gebouwtechnieken.

Jouw rol Als Technieker Gebouwtechnieken werk je mee aan de elektrische installatie en afwerking van hoogwaardige projecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat elektrische systemen, bekabeling, verlichting en eindapparatuur correct worden geplaatst, aangesloten en getest.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij staat in voor de installatie van verdeelborden, datakasten en plaatst bekabeling voor verschillende stroomkringen en netwerken
  • Je zorgt voor de montage en afregeling van verlichtingsarmaturen
  • Monteren van eindelementen zoals schakelaars en branddetectie behoort tot je takenpakket
  • Je stelt storingen en defecten vast en lost deze zelfstandig op
  • Testen van installaties vormt een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk
  • Bij renovatieprojecten neem je ook de demontering van bestaande elektrische installaties voor jouw rekening
  • Je werkt samen met collega’s op de werf en stemt regelmatig af met de werfleider
  • Je volgde een technische opleiding elektriciteit of deed relevante ervaring op
  • Je beschikt over basiskennis elektriciteit en datanetwerken
  • Elektrische schema’s lezen is voor jou geen probleem
