  • Na inspectie, keuring door een extern controleorgaan en finale validatie wordt een volledig as-built dossier overgemaakt.
  • Via servicecontracten en een 24/7 permanentiedienst blijft ondersteuning ook na oplevering beschikbaar.

Jobomschrijving

Als Residentieel elektricien werk je aan de installatie, uitbreiding, het onderhoud en de herstelling van elektrische installaties.

  • Je legt kabels en voert algemene bekabelingswerken uit voor elektriciteit, data, toegangscontrole, alarm en branddetectie.
  • Je plaatst residentiële installaties en sluit zekeringkasten en domotica correct aan.
  • Je maakt nieuwe en afgekeurde installaties AREI-conform en levert het werk keuringsklaar af.
  • Je voert vernieuwingen en uitbreidingen uit aan bestaande installaties en aan laag- en middenspanningsnetten.
  • Je spoort storingen snel op, lost defecten efficiënt op en verleent 24/5 technische bijstand bij defecten.
  • Je onderhoudt bestaande elektrische installaties, voert herstellingen uit en neemt kleine handyman-opdrachten zelfstandig op.
  • Je tekent elektrische schema’s bij, doet bordenbouw en installeert elektrische laadpalen.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je hebt een opleiding in elektriciteit of relevante ervaring als elektricien.
  • Je hebt kennis van residentiële installaties en van de AREI-voorschriften.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands goed.
